Eminent psychiatrist reveals mysterious code in which America’s leader speaks
An eminent psychiatrist and forensic profiler suggests Barack Obama is "confessing" to the American people who he is and what he wants to do to the country, but most citizens are just not trained to decode his messages.
 Dr. Andrew G. Hodges, in his new book "The Obama Confessions," makes the case that, because of the hurts he experienced in his young life, Obama has overcompensated with a sophisticated communication system that can be understood by reading between the lines of what he says.
What does that decoding reveal?
"Obama reveals the completely secret trauma that controls his life, resulting in his deep misguided fury expressed toward America," writes Hodges.
To understand Obama, says Hodges, one must see him as "the sandman" – the way he views himself because of the trauma in his life.

It is an impressive tome of over 600 pages and follows his monumental seminal work "A Lethal Obsession: Anti-Semitism from Antiquity to the Global Jihad”, published in 2010 and now recognized as the definitive work on the world's oldest hatred and an indispensable text for scholars.
In a fascinating preface to his new book, Wistrich provides a brief autobiographical sketch. His father had originally been a supporter of the illegal Polish Communist Party in pre-war Cracow but became alienated from Stalinist communism after being arrested by the NKVD. He and his wife, who had experienced bitter Polish anti-Semitism, survived the Holocaust by fleeing to Kazakhstan where Robert was born.
Wistrich was educated in England, and to use his words, was “radicalized” in grammar school and later at Stanford University. He first visited Israel in 1961, returning in 1969 when he was appointed editor of the left wing Israeli journal, New Outlook. However his passion for the Jewish State led to a parting of the ways with the Israeli far left. Robert became increasingly engaged in academic scholarship related to anti-Semitism, received a senior appointment at the Hebrew University, and is now recognized as the world’s foremost scholar in the field.

This is a book about the International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), an outfit few know much about if indeed they have heard of it at all. That's unfortunate because the IPCC is having a huge impact on all our lives. The IPCC has fashioned the so-called "scientific consensus" that man-made global warming threatens the future of the planet. Its periodic weighty Reports (literally, they are in the range of 800 pages and up) are the basis for the efforts by the governments of developed countries to sharply reduce greenhouse gas emissions and in the process make the energy our economy depends on to function, and we depend on to drive our cars, heat our homes and power our appliances, vastly more expensive.
Journalist Donna Laframboise has exposed the full range of deceptive techniques, at times descending into outright fakery, practiced by the IPCC. While her sprightly title may suggest a flippant take on the issues, Laframboise has performed an astonishing feat of investigative journalism. It is all the more impressive given that she had retired from her journalistic career and was working as a solitary blogger, with none of the resources of the literally thousands of journalists worldwide who have covered the IPCC reports with mindless, slavish adoration.

"I am not disappointed with the people who disagree with me. I am disappointed with the people who agree with me, but are too mired in their apathy and inability to escape their tiny lives."
Thus wrote Rabbi Meir Kahane, one of the most controversial Jewish figures in the 20th century - founder of the Jewish Defense League and Kach. This particular quote comes from one of his books, some of which are available online. The numerous articles, however, that he wrote for The Jewish Press over a 30-year period have been largely inaccessible - until now.
David Fein, a New York native who first encountered Rabbi Kahane in college in the early 1980s, spent over 15 years making trips to the New York Public Library, viewing old Rabbi Kahane articles on microfilm, and compiling those he thought most representative of his weltanschauung. The result is Beyond Words: Selected Writings of Rabbi Meir Kahane, 1960-1990- seven volumes' worth of material with over 3,500 pages.

Seven Volumes Of Kahane’s Collected Writings Published

Rabbi Meir Kahane, founder of the JDL and Kach, published 22 books and authored well over 1,000 articles before being assassinated in 1990. Some of his books are available online and at select bookstores, but until last week the overwhelming majority of his articles were only available in old issues of “The Jewish Press”, “Kahane” magazine, and other publications.
Now, after a ten-year effort, a seven-volume set containing many of these articles has just been published. Called Beyond Words: Selected Writings, 1960-1990, the collection spans 3,500 pages with some of the best articles that Rabbi Kahane ever wrote.
The set was originally supposed to be published several years ago, but the editors kept on delaying as they “found more and more articles that dealt with issues vital to today’s public discourse,” said Libby Kahane, Rabbi Kahane’s wife. In addition to the many articles on Judaism, Zionism, Israel’s future, Kach, the Holocaust, assimilation, territorial concessions, violence and peace, Beyond Words also includes several indices as well an appendix of obituaries (at the end of volume seven) that shed light on Rabbi Kahane's accomplishments and reveal the different facets of his personality.

Rabbi Abraham Isaac HaKohen Kook (1865-1935), the first Chief Rabbi of pre-state Israel , was much more than a communal leader. He has long been recognized as one of the most significant Jewish thinkers of the modern era, one who combined vast erudition in all areas of Torah scholarship together with a firm basis in general philosophy and a keen awareness of the upheavals of modernity. Undoubtedly the greatest influence on contemporary Israeli Religious Zionism, Rav Kook’s difficult writings span the gamut of rabbinic genres; Jewish law and philosophy, commentary and novella. His great corpus, still being published and often difficult even for the native Hebrew reader, has been until recently completely off-limits to the English speaking audience. Amongst the recent contributions to the field of Rav Kook’s writings in English was Rabbi Chanan Morrison’s collection, Gold from the Land of Israel (Urim 2006), in which he masterfully adapted R. Kook’s sermons on the weekly Torah reading, culling material from a wide variety of R. Kook’s Hebrew works.
Morrison, who studied in the Mercaz HaRav Yeshiva, founded by R. Kook in 1924, and who edits a popular on-line edition of R. Kook’s homilies, has now offered the reader a companion volume, Silver from the Land of Israel, which deals with R. Kook’s thought regarding the Sabbath and the Holidays, including not only Biblical holidays such as Rosh HaShana or Passover, but also the modern festivals of Yom HaAtzmaut and Jerusalem Day, celebrations that were begun, of course, after R. Kook’s own death, but which he in a sense anticipated in his writings.
Morrison’s methodology in both volumes is not to translate directly from the writings of “HaRav” as R. Kook is often referred to by Israelis, but rather to freely adapt the raw material, often a blend of several sources, into a new unified whole, in order to best present the often complex ideas in a clear and flowing manner.

Hegel's principle that "knowledge is power" is by now a commonly accepted truth. If so, it is certainly true that esoteric knowledge, and certainly information that is known by only one individual in each generation, is extremely powerful. Such was the nature of the R. Nachman of Breslav's Scroll of Secrets, recently published by Dr. Zvi Mark of Bar-Ilan University for the first time, and now rendered into English. In the spring of 1806 messianic fervor was in the air at R. Nachman's court in Breslav. The Rebbe had not only hinted at his own role as messiah or messianic forerunner, but also expressed great hopes for the messianic status of his one year old baby, Shlomo Ephraim, whose very name hints at both the Davidic and Josephian messiahs. Earlier mystical texts had also pointed to 1806 as the year of redemption. However after Shavuot the child died, leaving R. Nachman emotionally shattered and predicting that the redemption would now be delayed by 100 years. One might have expected that this trauma would have led R. Nachman to abandon messianic speculation, when in fact it assumed a new and creative character in the form of highly esoteric lore. Thus the "Scroll of Secrets" was born from two conversations that R. Nachman had with his foremost pupils, R. Natan and R. Naphtali, in the month of Av 1806 (a mere two month's after Shlomo Ephraim's death), and in Av of 1809, less than a year before R. Nachman's own premature demise from tuberculosis. Too often, when our kids go off to college (or simply listen to the news, read Time Magazine, the mainstream press, listen to NPR, or such), they get a large dose of anti-Israel manure flung at them--even if they don't take courses on the subject.
My book, The Quest For Justice In The Middle East...The Arab-Israeli Conflict In Greater Perspective, was especially designed--as its Introduction explains--with such people in mind. While it's documented to the moon--with many primary sources--the chapters are short, sweet, and to the point, with built-in duplication of key facts so that many chapters can stand on their own when necessary. YNET NewsAugust 26, 2010 WASHINGTON - The Arab lobby and most particularly the Saudi lobby, one of the strongest in America—even stronger than Israel’s, according to a controversial new book penned by an American expert on the Middle East. Mitchell Bard's "Arab Lobby" was written as a sort of response to those who warn of AIPAC's influence over Washington. Bard, who serves as executive director of the nonprofit American-Israeli Cooperative Enterprise (AICE), claims that "one of the most important distinguishing characteristics of the Arab lobby is that it has no popular support. While the Israeli lobby has hundreds of thousands of grass root members and public opinion polls consistently reveal a huge gap between support for Israel and the Arab nations-Palestinians, the Arab lobby has almost no foot soldiers or public sympathy. It's most powerful elements tend to be bureaucrats who represent only their personal views or what they believe are their institutional interests, and foreign governments that care only about their national interests, not those of the United States. "What they lack in human capital in terms of American advocates, they make up for with almost unlimited resources to try to buy what they usually cannot win on the merits of their arguments," he writes in the book.

"This is the beginning of the end for the United States unless the people exercise their precious remaining liberties and stand and demand that their elected representatives impeach this president before further mortal damage is inflicted upon America," the report concludes. The author explains that the Founding Fathers enshrined the impeachment clause into the United States Constitution because they feared that a president intent on subverting the very principles upon which the American experiment was built would someday rise to power.
